After selecting a category and related all subcategories will be listed in sub-category dropdown list.Existing problems can be described in description box.Using application's camera they can capture the image of defective materials which will be more valuable to find out retailer's necessity.User can also select multiple images from s/he's phone gallery.All information generates a report together with regard to a retailer.Generated report sent to Walton Head Office’s server to analyze retailer’s requirements.
