"Kyu-Shiba-rikyu Discovery" is an app that allows you to experience what Kyu-Shiba-rikyu Gardens looked like in the past using AR and other technologies.
*The now-defunct “Western-style building”, which was used as a state guest house from 1891 to 1923, will appear in a life-sized AR in a modern scene.
*Using high-definition CG, you can experience the “view of the sea” that would have been visible from the top of “Ōyama”, the highest artificial mountain in the park, during the Edo period, when the park was surrounded by the sea.
*Group photos of Meiji period greats such as Okuma Shigenobu and Itagaki Taisuke, as well as foreign guests such as foreign ministers, taken at Shiba-Rikyu during the Meiji and Taisho periods will appear in AR.
*You can read explanations of the highlights within the park. There is also a voice reading function.
