Smart Arrow Project Manager® seamlessly integrates Project Management, Project Billing, Time Tracking, Time Sheets, and To Do Lists features in a single package.
The Project Management feature implements the following simple and effective project planning & tracking workflow:
a) Project Planning - Set the project targets: planned start & end dates, planned effort & cost.
b) Task Planning - Set the task targets: planned start & end dates, planned effort & cost.
c) Task Tracking - Track task execution by providing actual start & end dates, actual effort & effort to complete, and actual cost & cost to complete.
d) Project Tracking - Analyze project execution tracking data: actual start & end dates, actual effort & effort to complete, and actual cost & cost to complete.
The following Project & Task Level Progress Indicators are automatically calculated:
a) Percent Complete – This indicates the effective project (task) progress.
b) Progress Gap – This indicates whether the project (task) is running ahead or behind schedule.
c) Progress Gap % – This indicates the risk of not completing the project (task) on time.
The Time Tracking feature allows you to track & report the time spent on your project tasks.
a) The Time Tracking Dashboard screen allows you to automatically track the time spent on your project tasks. You can easily build the list of tasks you will be working on, and start tacking the time spent on each one.
b) The Time Sheet Details screen allows you to manually track the time spent on your project tasks. You can easily create time sheets and add time sheet entries by selecting the corresponding task, and providing start time and total time. The time sheet entries are automatically checked for task time overlaps as they are created and updated.
c) The Time Tracking Report screen provides the total daily, weekly, and monthly time spent on your projects & tasks. The total times are calculated based on both automated & manual task time records.
d) The Task Timer screen allows you to automatically track the time spent on one particular project task, as well as to delete, split, and transfer its task time records.
e) The Task Time Split screen allows you to split one particular task time record into two records, so you can transfer part of the originally recorded time to another task.
f) The Task Time Transfer screen allows you to transfer one particular task time record from the original task to another task. The new task may belong to either the same project or another project.
The Project Billing Feature allows you to configure project & task billing settings, as well as create, view, and export the corresponding project billing reports.
a) The Project Billing Settings screen allows you to configure several project billing parameters such as: regular time rate, daily overtime rates (up to 3 tiers), weekly overtime rates (up to 3 tiers), double dipping allowed option, billing period frequency, billing period end date, and estimated tax rate.
b) The Task Details screen now includes the "Billable" switch, which allows you to identify the project tasks that will be billed.
c) The Billing Report Details screen provides a multi-level billing report containing the following sections: Report Summary, Weekly Summary, Daily Summary, and Daily Details. The "Export" button allows you to create & email Billing Report Export CSV files. You have the ability to indicate which Billing Report Sections will be included in the export file.
The To Do Lists feature allows you to create, maintain, and track Project & Task Level To Dos.
Smart Arrow Project Manager® supports iCloud based connectivity, which ensures that all local database changes are continuously promoted to the iCloud remote database, and synchronized with your other iPhone and iPad devices.
The free app allows you to create & maintain up to:
a) 10 projects
b) 20 tasks per project
c) 40 project level to dos per project
d) 40 task level to dos per task
e) 250 task time records per task
The premium option, available thru In-App Purchase, does not impose any limit.
